Position Levels

20hours (25-27classes/40minutes) Monday to Friday per week

(between 8:00AM-12:00AM,2:30PM-5:00PM) ;

Note: 2 and a half hour Lunch break is not considered work time;

(1)Pay (A) Monthly pay 6500 RMB(before tax) + living accommodation +

 RMB8000(two semesters contract)=USD1230 flight reimbursement   

 +hotel fee no more than RMB400+work visa assistance, accident insurance,

 limited teaching assistance

 Note:Company provides accommodation but doesn't provide housing assistance

 2 weeks after arrival so teacher bears the responsibility of fixing logistic or recovering

 facilities funtion if there is problem occurred in using period with the apartment

 facilities.If a necessary service from company staff in office time,

 teacher shall pay RMB150 per time for the service.

 (2) Pay (B) Monthly remuneration 9500 RMB(before tax)+work visa asstance+

limited teaching assistance only ;

Note:

The remuneration has covered accommodation, flight, accident medical insurance,

hotel fee etc.) ;work visa assistance is provided with.

Teacher decides which pay (A) or (B)he/she prefers and teacher can choose the

first semester with Pay A and switch to Pay B for the second semester at the end of the

 first semester.

Systematic Pre-Job Training

To train teacher to be able to teach independently in class.

Pre-job training takes averagely3-5 days. Teachers are not paid for pre-job training.

Pre-Job Training Contents

Chinese laws, local government policies, work regulations, company’s management

and operation  ,teaching requirements ,lesson format, class activities, games, songs ,

chants ,culture differences.

About 30 kids in kindergarten, 40 students Primary school, 50 kids in middle school.
Kindergarten is 3to 7years old; Primary 8-12; Middle School 13-17;
20-40minutes in Kindergarten; 40 minutes in Primary; 40-45minutes in Middle School;

 Position's specific name

Teacher will be either to be placed in one of these levels (Kindergarten /Primary/

Middle School / Language School); Since company is in charge of over 100 positions

and needs the flexibility of rearrange teacher’s position in case teacher fails in pre-job

training so at very beginning company will not give teacher the  position 's name until

teacher arrives .Once teacher sends the signed contracts and medical test result

for work visa application , teacher will be informed and secured a teaching position

and if teacher arrives without a work schedule with Worlda, Worlda still pays

teacher’s full pay monthly as long as teacher is conducting his/her responsibility.

Transportation  Time

 20-45minutes travel is a normal expected standard. Guangzhou is a big city,

from east to west takes 2-4 hours of driving especially rush hour or traffic jam.

All schools locate in downtown or civilized area which is easy to reach by bus or subway.

School Reschedule

It happens 2-3times of rescheduled classes temporary  due to

government  holiday ,big events ,local holiday ,School Sports Meeting ,Mid-Exam etc.

Teaching Material Provided

The Company or school will provided text book or curriculum.

All teachers must follow the Company’s  guide, teaching plan

and work with teaching department staff as a team to provide qualified services.

 Dress Code

Formal dress code for 1st school week; Casual dress is later.

Pay (A) Benefits:

(1)Free accommodation(Shared or individual one ;monthly rent is paid by the Company,) and 2 weeks living assistance after arrival.
 Company only provides basic facilities and furnitures. (Included: Air-conditioner,

 Washing machine,hot shower machine, fridge, bed , mattress,table ,chairs etc)

 Teacher bears the responsibility of buying bed sheet, cooking stoves their own.

Chinese standard bed is harder than North Americans’;Teacher could put on

a soft bedsheet to improve.
(2) Accident medical insurance(RMB120000)
(3) Airfare reimbursement
RMB8000 for 2 semesters=USD1230

Company pays teacher’s flight reimbursement at the end of the contract

 in order to get a guarantee.
Note: More than 4 months less than 10 months flight reimbursement 4000RMB,

Less than  4 months will be RMB4000/4 months X actual months=

flight reimbursement.  
(4) Hotel reimbursement (No more than RMB400, economical room for 3-5 days).

(3) Work visa document FedEx fee (RMB300) is paid by Company

(4) Pre-job training and on going training are paid by the Company.

Note:

Company pays teachers differently according to teacher’s qualifications

 (knowledge, major, relevant certificate, work experience, work requirements,

training assessment ,performing result etc). Monthly pay should be kept

confidential and should not be discussed between staff, teachers and clients.

Teacher's Expense

(1) Average living expense in China is RMB2500-3000/month;
(2) Average utilities fee is RMB200-350 /month;
(3) Internet fee: Averagely RMB200/month,5-7days for installation
(4) Visa Fees:
(A) Physical test fee in America:  USD/CAD100;
(B)  Passport photo fee in US and China (different version requirements

     by Chinese Government ): USD 5 and RMB 30
     (C)  Work visa application+ rush fee: USD /CAD150
    (D)  Physical test fee in China
RMB 482 (USD/CAD 72.)

        Government requires medical test twice ;

EResidence permit fee: RMB400 (USD/CAD 59.) ;The entire work visa

application process totally takes almost 2 months and one week to complete.

(F) One Way flight ticket (USD500-700)

(G) One - two months life reserve money USD 1500-2000 in China ,more is better.

Candidate Requirements

(1) Honest, hard working, responsible, mature with good communicative skills ;

easy going, not picky; (2) Native Speaker, bachelor degree + TESL or relevant

experience priority.(No Becholr degree applicant needs company's special sponsorship

+2 relevant teaching experience reference letters from candidate) 

(3) No Criminal record, , age (20-50)
(4) Resume
(5) Passport ID page copy
(6) Passport photo (Scanned one)
(7) Degree copy, certificate copy
(8) Medical test result should be in Chinese required way.

 Job Application Procedures

12 steps ,3 months and a half for the entire process

(1)   HR staff send teacher a position offer

(2) Candidate resplies accepting offer with questions

(3)HR staff answers candidates questions and send instruction of filling in

 employment contract ,work visa contracts (Chinese and English),medical forms,

required candidate data form

(4)Candidat sends scanned required documents to HR staff ;

  Specify: Medical result should include X ray,ECG and blood test .(5-10working days)

(5) HR department edits,tranlates teachers documents to Chinese ,

   then applies work visa(3-5days)

(6)Government work visa processing (6 steps with 6 departments ,

      taking 10-15working days)

(7) attains work visa permit and fadexs to teacher(3-5working days)

(8)Candiate applies work visa (1-3days)

(9)Candidate books flight according Worlda’s instrutive date after

 attaining work visa.

(10) After arrival, Police Registration and Medical second test (3-5 working days)

        within the first arraival week; Teacher check in hometel  or company’s

        apartment and start teaching training.

(11) Teacher starts teaching while Worlda applies foreign expert certificate

        10 working days)

(12)   candidate apply hong term residence permit

         (7-10 working daysbefore the work visa expired date.
